Engineering

The Unisor Multisystems Ltd. engineering department is engaged in two kinds of activities:

  1. In-house
  2. Subcontracting

The department's in-house activities support the R&D team with component engineering, CAD tool database handling, project part list building, interconnection cable design, production file design, purchasing, prototypes and production. Its subcontracting activity supports PCB production, board assembly, cable production and mechanical part production.

Our engineering facility has a fully equipped lab for prototypes and products debugging, integration and testing.

We provide our customers with a full product documentation package:

  1. Product schematics
  2. Product part list
  3. Product production file
  4. Product assembly drawings
  5. Product firmware and software package
  6. Acceptance test procedure
  7. Product PCB (production and assembly) files

We ensure that all the aforementioned documents are configuration controlled so we can introduce and manage future modifications and other requirements for our customers.

The core of our activities is an MRP tool that enables us to manage the component database, project bill of materials (BOM), purchasing activities, warehouse operations and production flow.

Since the engineering database is connected online to the R&D CAD tools and the logistics system, all customer project activities are synchronized from day one until project finalization.
